The hotel had friendly and helpful staff. the location was great, being right on the beach and within walking distance to the main attractions. the breakfast delivered to the room was satisfying.

There were some issues with lighting in the room, as it was not very strong and lacked luminosity in certain areas. the same was true for the bathroom.

As guests with children, we loved the comfortable room with a kitchenette and terrace. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from 5th avenue and close to a charming bakery.

Felt like staying in a fairy tale, no complaints whatsoever.

The noise from other guests coming back late at night was disturbing. the lack of privacy on the balcony was a bit uncomfortable.

I loved staying here! The location was amazing. It was so close to all the restaurants on the popular street and everything I wanted to do. It was right on the beach which was beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. The staff was so helpful, from check-in to our room service breakfast. They even provided tours upon request!

Our room with a balcony felt luxurious and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet yet close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel grounds were peaceful and secure. The maid kept the room clean and neat.

We stayed at Playa Palms Beach for a relaxing getaway by the sea. The penthouse with its spiral staircase and beautiful balcony offered stunning views of the sunrise and fishing boats. The room had great character, and we instantly felt comfortable. The breakfast served to our door was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool with its waterfalls was incredibly relaxing, and the staff, especially Freddie, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from this place and had an amazing time. The location of this hotel is perfect, being conveniently close to everything we wanted. We were just a short walk away from the vibrant 5th Avenue, where we found plenty of shopping options and delicious restaurants. And the best part? The hotel is right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, with direct beach access. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved spending our days lounging by the beach and soaking up the sun.

In short, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is unbeatable, the service is exceptional, and the amenities provided ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. You won't need to walk far if you want to find a place to eat or grab a drink. But if you want to go out at night, be prepared for the loud sounds coming from nearby bars and clubs. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, which is a great advantage if you want to save some money. Breakfast options are limited, but it is possible to add cereal or fruit for an additional price.

The hotel lacks soundproofing and you may experience disturbances from the nearby nightlife.

I had an incredible stay at Playa Palms Beach. My parents joined me and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety. Viktor and Carlos were particularly helpful during check-in, and the breakfast served on their balcony every morning was a delightful touch. Iliana's daily room cleaning and towel animals added a special touch. The location was perfect, with a fabulous balcony view of lush plants and the water. The staff and upkeep of the hotel were exceptional. I highly recommend Playa Palms Beach for a wonderful vacation experience.

Tucked away gem in a superb central location. Loved the beach, balcony views & quaint rooms. Rent beach gear from hotel to avoid asking for a towel. Easy walk to 5th ave. Overall I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.
